Copy a task
with Command+C
Well, not a suprise... Just hit Cmd+C to copy your task
name, note and URL (if any) to system clipboard. Then paste
it into any other app.
If you hit Cmd+C on a task with file link, you can also
switch to Finder and do a paste. The linked file will get
pasted there!
Want
to copy the URL link?
Just hit
Cmd+Alt+C. And switch to your browser. Do a paste - and
your URL is there.
Press and hold Command
when dragging a link from your browser
As you probably know, you can drag the Safari link to the
task list. You get a new task with an URL link. And here's
the trick: select a text on this website, then copy it to
the clipboard (Cmd+C shortcut). Then drag the Safari link
to the iGTD task list with the Cmd button
pressed. A new task
with the link will be created - and you'll see the content
of clipboard attached to this task
as a text note.
