The @ trick!

Lots of stuff in your inbox? You should process it. Lots of tasks in contexts or projects? You should review them! And here's what will help you - the process/review inspector. Just press the @ key! Or use the toolbar button:

Change task's context or project with left/right arrows

Select a task and use a left or right arrow key to change its context or project!

If both task's context and project are visible, you use left/right arrow keys to switch contexts and
Shift+left/right arrow keys to switch projects.


Move a task between contexts/projects without using a mouse!

Do you use the Cmd+up/down trick to move between contexts/projects without tabbing? Well, you can use Cmd+Shift+up/down shortcut to get the tasks moved to the context/project you switch to.


Change task's priority by pressing 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 key

Increase/decreate the task's effort by pressing + or - key

Mark task flagged - with spacebar!

Mark a task as completed/uncompleted - with shift+spacebar!
